Na'au Pop-Up Tasting Menu at Number 3
True to our mission to offer authentic experiences, Mauna Kea Beach Hotel at Mauna Kea Resort is excited to announce that 2022 James Beard Foundation Award Semifinalist Chef Brian Hirata will present Na`au, a 10-course Chef’s Tasting.
Na`au’s tasting menu, subject to foraging success, may include items such as wild venison heart pastrami, local beef tartare, local tako (octopus), akule, Kohala lamb and ‘ōhelo cheesecake and more.
